1. Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through this website is OLSO GROUP s.r.o., the operator of the ZenSync service.

2. Data we process

We process only information you provide and technical information required to operate the website securely:

• name, studio or company, email address and phone number,
• your message and information about your operation,
• selected plan, licence, add-ons and pricing configuration,
• basic server security and technical logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling enquiries and preparing an offer: steps taken before entering into a contract.
• Communication and protection of rights: our legitimate interest in documenting communication and securing the service.
• Legal obligations: including accounting and tax obligations where a contractual relationship is established.

We do not use contact details submitted through the forms for marketing without a separate legal basis.

4. Retention

Data from non-binding enquiries and configurations is retained for the time necessary to handle them, normally no longer than 24 months after the last communication. Contractual and accounting information is retained for the periods required by law. Security logs are kept only as long as necessary, normally no longer than 90 days unless a security incident must be investigated.

5. Recipients and transfers

Hosting, email and technical service providers may process data to the extent necessary to operate the website and communication. We do not sell personal data. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area will take place only where GDPR safeguards are met.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Send requests to app@zensync.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

The website currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It uses only technical means necessary to display and operate the website. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced later, this information and the relevant consent mechanism will be updated.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse. This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the current version will always be available on this page.
